Anxiety

I get random fits of Anxiety.  I will just worry for hours sometimes days about something I have little to no control over.  Last night it was income and if I'd be able to may my May 14th goal ( I really need to make that goal).  At the very least I need to get out of where I am right now it's just unhealthy.

It's nothing I can change at the moment.  So what do you guys do when you get stressed out?

I've set a few goals, I just have no clue how to reach them today.  A few weeks ago I plotted out and budgeted and was not that far off my goal.  Today I tried to do it again and just was so far off from the outline a couple weeks ago.  Which just means I'll end up doing it 8 times today.

Anyone know any good stress relief techniques?
