Break or Broke?

Is that two broke girls show still a thing?  I'm not sure but their were two of them only one me so I feel like I'm worse off then they are.

I've lived in my apartment complex for 3-4 years now.  Due to the illogical way they have rent due and the late fees setup they've gotten more of my money then I fell they should have.   But I've always been a nice quiet renter so I had some hope when approaching them about leaving.

I have to pay rent for the month I tell them in (duh) and then I get thirty days to vacate and pay 2 months rent. ($1000ish). I have other options subleaser and the like but wow.

May 14th or September 1st.

I've so many conflicting emotions about the two dates.  I'll save that for a later post.  Thoughts before I try to sway you one way or another?
